How do I book?

What happens after I book?
Right after you’ve paid you’ll be taken to my booking calendar to book a convenient time for you. If you can’t find a convenient slot, just let me know and we’ll figure it out between us.
What platform will you use for our session?
We’ll chat over Zoom.
What if need more time?
If during the session you realise you need more time, we can easily add more time in 15 minute increments. I’ll simply bill you separately after the call.
Do you provide ongoing support on a retainer?
Unfortunately I can’t provide ongoing support on a monthly basis at the moment. However, I’m more than happy to continue to support you as much as you need. Just book another call whenever you’re ready.
Can I have a refund if you can't help me?
Of course. If it turns out I’m not able to help you for whatever reason (for example, if your needs are outside of my skillset or experience), I’ll refund you right away. However, once the session has fully commenced it’s unlikely I’ll be able to refund you—I reserve the right to decide on an individual case basis.
