These are the terms and conditions that apply when you purchase The One-Person AI Agency — Recording & Resources (referred to below as “the materials”) from Design Build Web Limited (referred to below as “we”, “us” or “our”).
The materials are intended primarily for professional and business learning. If you qualify as a consumer under applicable law, nothing in these terms removes any rights that cannot legally be excluded.
What you’re buying
- The materials are a downloadable digital package built from the live event held on 29 July 2026, together with the accompanying resources described on the sales and checkout pages.
- This is a recording, not a live event. There is no scheduled live session and no opportunity to ask questions in person.
- Community access and ongoing support are not included. The private community that accompanied the original live event was a time-limited bonus for live attendees and closed on 17 August 2026.
- Your purchase does not include access to Dave Foy’s or Gareth Hanson’s time, coaching, feedback or ongoing implementation support.
- Technical help relating to your order, delivery or ability to access the download files is available at support@davefoy.com.
Delivery
- Following purchase, you will receive an email containing a link to the download page. This is normally sent within a few minutes.
- If the email does not arrive, or a delivery link does not work, contact support@davefoy.com and we will help you access your purchase.
- The materials are provided as downloadable files rather than through an ongoing course-platform subscription.
- Once downloaded, your copies of the materials are yours to keep. The delivery links themselves are not guaranteed to remain available indefinitely, so you should download and retain your own copies promptly.
- You are responsible for storing and backing up the files after download.
Refunds, cancellation & withdrawal
- This archive purchase is sold on a no-refunds basis once the digital content has been supplied.
- The materials are digital content supplied immediately after purchase.
- If a statutory 14-day cancellation or withdrawal right applies to you, you will be asked at checkout to expressly request immediate supply and acknowledge that you lose that right once supply of the digital content begins.
- Once supply has begun following that consent, you cannot cancel simply because you change your mind, decide you no longer want the materials, or do not use them.
- Nothing in these terms removes any rights that applicable law says cannot be excluded, including rights that may apply if digital content is faulty, misdescribed or not supplied as agreed.
Results
- No results are implied or guaranteed. The materials show how one agency’s AI-agent system works and how it was built.
- What you do with the material is up to you, and your results depend on your own circumstances, effort, judgement, implementation and follow-through.
- We are not responsible for your earnings, business outcomes, client outcomes or other results from using the materials, except to the extent liability cannot legally be excluded.
Third-party tools & services
- The materials demonstrate third-party tools and services, including AI and web-development products.
- We are not responsible for those tools, their availability, pricing, output, performance, security, policies or future changes.
- Any third-party costs you choose to incur are your own.
- You are responsible for reviewing the suitability, accuracy and safety of AI-generated output before using it in your business or for clients.
Currency of the material
- The materials are provided “as is” and reflect the tools and systems shown at the time of the live event on 29 July 2026.
- AI products and workflows change quickly. Features may change name, move, behave differently, become paid, disappear or be superseded after recording.
- We make no guarantee that any particular tool, feature, price, interface or workflow shown will still exist or behave in exactly the same way when you use the materials.
- There is no obligation to update, replace or re-record the materials.
Licence & permitted use
- Your purchase provides a single-user licence for your own personal or business use.
- You may adapt the ideas and methods for use in your own business and client work.
- You may not share, resell, redistribute, upload, publish, reproduce or otherwise provide the supplied materials or download links to another person without express permission.
Intellectual property & confidential material
- The recording, guides, slides, transcripts and other supplied resources remain the intellectual property of Design Build Web Limited and/or the presenters and licensors who own the relevant material.
- The workshop contains a behind-the-scenes look at a working business’s systems and processes. You may use what you learn in your own work, but you may not publish, teach, sell or redistribute the presenters’ specific supplied prompts, instructions, slides, documents or other proprietary materials as your own product or resource.
- Your purchase grants you the licence described above; it does not transfer ownership of the intellectual property in the materials.
Service availability
- We are not liable for delay or failure caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including internet outages, CDN or hosting failures and other third-party service interruptions.
- This does not affect our obligation to take reasonable steps to provide the materials you purchased.
If you purchase for a business
- If you purchase on behalf of a company, partnership or other organisation, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organisation to these terms.
- Where you are acting wholly or mainly for business purposes, consumer-specific cancellation or withdrawal rights may not apply.
Changes to these terms
- We may update these terms for future purchases.
- The version presented to you at the time of your purchase applies to that order, except where a change is required by law.
