These are the terms and conditions you accept before purchasing Bricks Accelerator (from here on referred to as ‘the program’) from Design Build Web Limited (our company name, from here on referred to as ‘our company’).

These terms simply set reasonable time/energy boundaries for Dave and his support team, commensurate with the fee charged for the program.

Results

  1. No results are implied or guaranteed. Your success depends a great deal on your own effort, motivation, and follow-through.
  2. You agree that we are not responsible for your earnings, business outcomes, or any other result from taking this program.

Program Structure & Attendance

  1. The program officially starts May 27th 2026 (Week 1 lessons release). Community access opens May 23rd 2026 with prep materials. The program consists of six weeks of pre-recorded lessons released weekly, plus a weekly live call at 4pm UK (GMT) every Tuesday for six weeks.
  2. Attendance at live sessions is optional. Replays will be available within 24 hours of each session.
  3. We reserve the right to reschedule a live session if necessary (due to technical issues, illness, etc.). We’ll give as much notice as possible and provide a suitable alternative date.
  4. The private community will remain open until Friday July 24th 2026. After this date, community access will close, though you’ll retain lifetime access to all pre-recorded lessons and live call replays.

Support & Community

  1. Support is provided via the private community for the duration of the program.
  2. Dave will respond to questions in the community and during live sessions throughout the program duration, but response times may vary.
  3. Community guidelines must be followed. Disruptive or inappropriate behaviour may result in removal from the community without refund.
  4. If you encounter any technical issues related to your purchase or access, please contact support@davefoy.com and we’ll do our best to help.

Service Availability

  1. We’re not liable for delays or failures in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control (e.g., internet outages, platform failures, natural disasters).

Refunds

  1. You’re entitled to a full refund any time up to and including February 26th 2026. This gives you time to experience the prep materials and first two weeks of training to decide if the program is right for you.
  2. To request a refund, simply email support@davefoy.com. We’ll process it as soon as possible.
  3. Refunds will be minus any transaction fees we’re charged by our payment processor.
  4. If your native currency isn’t US dollars, the refund amount you receive in your own currency could be a little under or over what you originally paid. This is because of fluctuating currency conversion rates. We cannot and will not be able to change the amount you receive in your own currency.
  5. If you elect for the 2-payment instalment option and request a refund after the first payment has been charged, only the first payment will be refunded (minus transaction fees). The second payment will not be charged.
  6. No refunds will be issued after and including June 10th 2026.

Access

  1. You’ll have lifetime access to all pre-recorded lessons and replay videos from the live sessions via our course platform.
  2. Community access ends on Friday July 24th 2026.
  3. If we ever discontinue the platform hosting the lesson videos or live call replay videos, we’ll give you time to download the materials.
  4. Your purchase gives one user license. You may not share your access with others without our express permission.
  5. We actively monitor logins. If we see your login being shared without permission, we reserve the right to revoke your access without refund.
  6. If you need access for team members, email us at support@davefoy.com to ask about multi-user licenses.
  7. Program content is provided “as is” and reflects the current state of Bricks at the time of delivery (May-July 2026). We’re not obligated to update materials for future Bricks versions, though we may choose to do so at our discretion.

Intellectual Property

  1. All program content (including pre-recorded lessons, live sessions, replays, community content, and materials) is the intellectual property of our company. No unauthorised sharing, reproduction, or redistribution is allowed.
  2. Recording of live sessions by participants is not permitted without express written permission.

Amendments

  1. We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time.
