These are the terms and conditions you accept before purchasing How WordPress Works (from here on referred to as ‘the course’) from Design Build Web Limited (our company name, from here on referred to as ‘our company’).
They’re written in plain English — no legalese or endless waffle. These terms simply set reasonable time/energy boundaries for Dave and his support team, commensurate with the fee charged for the course.

Results
1. No results are implied or guaranteed. Your success depends a great deal on your own effort, motivation, and follow-through.
2. You agree that we are not responsible for your earnings, business outcomes, or any other result from taking this course.
Support
3. This course does not include personal support or coaching, or access to a community. You’re welcome to ask questions via comments alongside each lesson’s video.
4. If you encounter any technical issues related to your purchase or access, please contact support@davefoy.com and we’ll do our best to help.
Refunds
5. You’re entitled to a refund within 14 days of the date of purchase. This gives you time to explore the material and decide if it’s right for you.
6. To request a refund, simply email support@davefoy.com. We’ll process it as soon as possible.
7. Refunds will be minus any transaction fees we’re charged by our payment processor.
8. If your native currency isn’t US dollars, the refund amount you receive in your own currency could be a little under or over what you originally paid. This is because of fluctuating currency conversion rates. We can not and will not be able to change the amount you receive in your own currency.
9. If you elect for monthly instalment payments and did not submit a refund request within 14 days of your purchase, you’re obligated to complete your remaining monthly instalment payments.
10. We reserve the right to deny a refund request for any reason. A common reason would be if you’ve watched a large amount of the course material. Our refund policy is designed to help people quickly gauge if the training is at the right skill level. It is not a chance to take the majority of the course for free.
Access
11. You’ll have lifetime access to the course materials (videos, text, PDFs, etc.) via our course platform. If we ever discontinue the platform, we’ll give you time to download the materials.
12. You’ll also get lifetime access to any future updates to this version of the course. This doesn’t include complete remakes, new editions, or future related courses.
13. Your purchase gives one user license. You may not share your access with others, without our express permission.
14. We actively monitor logins. If we see your login being shared without permission, we reserve the right to revoke your access.
15. If you need access for team members, email us at support@davefoy.com to ask about multi-user licenses.
Intellectual Property
16. All course content is the intellectual property of our company. No unauthorised sharing, reproduction, or redistribution is allowed.
Amendments
17. We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time.
